The relationship they have is loving, but at a cost: the dog is suffering and too old to do anything. They were so attached when they were younger that it was hard to let his dog go. The relationship between Lennie and George is similar, but there really isn’t any suffering. Another similarity is that they stay together, and it isn’t too forced.
George and Lennie
To belong means that you have a group or just a person who likes you for who you are. its very important for humans because humans kind of need to socialize to turn out good. where the people are that now them, could be anywhere really because of technology you can talk to people all over the place but usually, a person’s connection is a lot stronger if they know them in real life.
Independent Book Blog Post
This is a very surprising plot and not its not plausible but is a little corny because she’s searching for a fugitive billionaire but at the same time had a neighbor with a billionaire son that she is getting feelings for. I don’t like Aza Holmes because she has OCD and I cant connect to this character at all.

maybe the author is trying to show that she is on a journey of acceptance like how Aza will learn how to acknowledge her condition instead of finding a cure for it. a question I have about the book is why they needed to have the billionaire’s stuff in her journey.
I like the author’s style and word choice there is a lot of meaning to his words but he also keeps it simple I read one of his other books and it was the same thing and he’s not afraid to swear in his books so of the other authors.
Lime Town
extreme excitement, fear or anger in which a person, or a group of people, loses control of their emotions
fear or outburst of emotion
The old school is the hysteria because they seemed kind of ok but them they just started fighting and had a outburst of emotion i think someone who was displaying it could have been the scare crow guy because he was bursting out and yelling at his wife. i thin what causes hysteria is lack of communication and secrets they had, the effects is are bad because the oh thing ended in people dieing. I thing the panic happened because the people were separating and caused a lack of commination and then it takes a little thing to make a whole fight go lose.
the good and bad stuff about the book turtles all the way down
This book is mostly fiction but I do think most of the stuff is possible to what people do in the real world today. I guess Davis because they had a party at her house someone I dislike form the book is daisy because she is younger I think is Davis’s sister and she didn’t through a party at her house so that basically answers why i don’t like her.
A quote that I thought was memorable was “breathing in through my nose and out through my mouth” this is when the character is having a tough time and it shows the reader that this can be a way to calm you down. something I don’t like about the book is they add so many characters randomly like a girl walks away for a second and comes back with a guy that and they didn’t tell us the name just what he looked like the book has done that to many times now.

this is the fiction part of the story it mostly revolves around how people believe that there are turtles holding up the planet I think
Looking for Alaska
Individual vs. Society
In the book Looking for Alaska is a very mysterious book because the in the start of the book miles the main character almost died from the school jocks at the new boarding school he is now going to the jocks taped miles up and with duck tape and through him into the lake luckily he survived and for some reason the school dean didn’t punish them for doing that because miles was scared of them but at the end they are all some what friend’s they don’t mess with each other and they play a prank on the school eagle which is what they call the dean so its a very different book then what I usually read
The reason the book is kind of unusual because that character miles comes to the school with so much hope and he made a friend that was his roommate I think his name was henry and everything was good until the jocks just decided to try to kill him for no reason I think. and after that everyone is kind of against him like the friend he made was against him and they slowly they liked him and they were all friends again there isn’t really a motive to the book.
technology questions?
benefits of technology
the benefit is that it can make people’s lives easier if someone has a question they can just look it up but back in the old days people would have to read to find stuff out, another thing is talking because you can meet people from really far away that you wouldn’t have been able to meet without your phone or computer.
Are we to reliance on technology
People can also be too reliant on their technology, like being on it 24/7; it is the only thing you do for fun, and that’s bad. Another thing that could be bad about technology and show that people are too reliant is if people forget how to do day-to-day stuff without using technology.
Father
Zits is in his father’s body now and he hates him he talks about how his father is maybe he is making his father remember the bad things in his life because he hates him so much. he forces his dad to remember no matter how hard it is or how hard his dad fights back, Zits wanted to ask his dad so many things and to figure out why he left. This may affect Zits to empathize with his dad and forgive him a little, but Zits only really cares about himself, so probably not.
challenged books
One of the books I have read that was challenged was Looking for Alaska. the language it used and that there were drugs and alcohol in it. people might not like the words they use in the book. definitely some self-love because teens are always worried about how they look just like when Zits was in his own body he always said he was ugly and when he was in the other bodies he would look to see and describe his appearance.

ugly yet beautiful world
1 “I am an old man skinny and wrinkly that’s bad enough” (page 80)
2 “As ugly as I am”
3 “They had taken my zitty teenager Indian mug and replaced it with a handsome white guy’s face “
Maybe he has learned something from being in so many bodies with different ages and looks? when he was in his own body he was Misérables and hated his looks and then he was more handsome and realized people didn’t really care if he looked good-looking or not it’s how he acks is how people see him.
